QDIC, worked with the Regional Multi-Media Campaign Strategy for Eu-Eac Market Access Upgrade Programme to provide comprehensive communication support for the MARKUP (Market Access Upgrade Programme).
As the MARKUP programme neared its completion, there was a need to develop and implement a coordinated multi-media campaign across the five East African Community (EAC) Partner States where MARKUP activities were conducted. QDIC was tasked with creating a clear roadmap for communication efforts aimed at explaining the successes of the programme to key audiences.
QDIC developed a detailed communications strategy outlining the rationale, approach, and implementation of the multi-media campaign. Working closely with the Programme Coordination Unit (PCU) and key implementing partners, QDIC facilitated introductions and utilised background materials to ensure a thorough understanding of the programme’s achievements.
Through strategic communication efforts led by QDIC, the MARKUP programme successfully communicated its accomplishments to stakeholders across the EAC Partner States. By leveraging multi-media channels and collaborating with implementing partners, QDIC helped highlight the programme’s successes and fostered greater awareness and appreciation for its impact on market access upgrade initiatives in the region.
